There are a limited number of pre-sale tickets for ApCal concerts and events. When online tickets are sold out, there will still be a limited number of tickets available at the gate. This is to ensure ample room to move around ApCal and have a good time!

A full day of Latin Music will be on hand at ApCal for one of our biggest Festivals of the year! If you like Old School, Funk, R&B, Oldies,Tejano and Cumbias, then you're going to love this event!

Ticket and Admission Information

$15 advance or $20 at the gate
Gates open at 12 noon for everyone and the Music will be from 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Table Reservation Information

Reserved Tables seat 10 (ten) people and include a table with a linen and chairs. The area is roped off and only 10 people per table will be allowed in. Reserved Tables are first come first serve regards to sales and seating. If you have purchased multiple tables, we suggest you arrive early so you can have the tables together.

There will be no smoking allowed in the reserved area. There will be a designated smoking area.

Refund Information

There are NO refunds on tickets or Reserved tables. Please realize that ApCal is an outdoor venue and cannot control Mother Nature. If an event is canceled, we can move your tickets and tables to any date with available space. If you have purchased tickets or Reserved Tables for an event, and cannot attend, you must contact ApCal 24 hours before the event by emailing info@apcalwine.com with the name used to purchase the tickets, the event they have been purchased for, and the date of the event to which you would like to have them moved. If you contact us less than 24 hours before the event, we cannot guarantee we will be able to move the tickets.

There are NO refunds on tickets or reserved tables. Please realize that ApCal is an outdoor venue and cannot control Mother Nature. If an event is canceled, we can move your tickets and reserved tables to any date with available space.

Shade umbrellas and canopies are welcome prior to any ApCal concert. However, we insist that they be taken down by 6:30pm (30 mins prior to Opening Band) Our Emcee will make a reminder announcement from the stage at this time. At 6:45pm our Security staff will ask those with umbrellas still up to put them down. Canopies are only allowed on the perimeter of the property. This Policy was implemented so that those sitting behind an umbrella or canopy can have a clear view of the stage. Thank You for your cooperation.
