There are a limited number of pre-sale tickets for ApCal concerts and events. When online tickets are sold out, there will still be a limited number of tickets available at the gate. This is to ensure ample room to move around ApCal and have a good time!

4! COUNT 'EM FOUR great local bands that have never played ApCal before! They will all be competing for a shot at their own BIG SHOW at ApCal! A panel of Judges and Audience applause picks the WINNER! SUPPORT your favorite band --- Audience support is 50% of judging!

VIP Table Information

Don’t forget, we offer a limited number of VIP tables for reservation during most of our events. VIP tables cos $50.00 on most Friday events, and $100.00 on most Saturday events. There are a few exception to this pricing.

VIP Tables seat 10 people and include the table, chairs, and a linen. The VIP area is roped off and we don’t allow more than the 10 guests per table in the area so we can provide a real VIP experience. You are welcome to bring you own chairs to place at your table. You don’t need to let us know in advance if you choose to do this, one of our employees will come remove our chairs if they see you have put them aside.

Tickets will be available for pre-purchase online only and only until 11:55pm the night before the event to allow for processing, so tell your friends to get theirs now!
Tickets are non Refundable. If you are unable to make it to an event you pre-purchased tickets for, we are happy to honor them for another event on another date. No refunds for VIP Tables. If you are unable to use your VIP table for the date purchased, we will allow a one time transfer of the reservation to another date.

There are NO refunds on tickets or reserved tables. Please realize that ApCal is an outdoor venue and cannot control Mother Nature. If an event is canceled, we can move your tickets and reserved tables to any date with available space.

Shade umbrellas and canopies are welcome prior to any ApCal concert. However, we insist that they be taken down by 6:30pm (30 mins prior to Opening Band) Our Emcee will make a reminder announcement from the stage at this time. At 6:45pm our Security staff will ask those with umbrellas still up to put them down. Canopies are only allowed on the perimeter of the property. This Policy was implemented so that those sitting behind an umbrella or canopy can have a clear view of the stage. Thank You for your cooperation.
