There are a limited number of pre-sale tickets for ApCal concerts and events. When online tickets are sold out, there will still be a limited number of tickets available at the gate. This is to ensure ample room to move around ApCal and have a good time!
FOUR of the Valley's BEST Classic Rock bands take their turns shredding the ApCal Main Stage. This is a day long music event, as it's still to chilly at night. 4 bands 7 hours of music!

$15 advance or $20 at the gate

There are a limited number of pre-sale tickets for ApCal concerts and events. When online tickets are sold out, there will still be a limited number of tickets available at the gate. This is to ensure ample room to move around ApCal and have a good time! Pre-purchased ticket holders will also get in at 5:00 pm instead of 6:00 pm for regular concerts. Note, that does not apply to festivals. Pre-sale tickets are only available till 11:00 am the day of the Festival!
Table Reservation Information
Don’t forget, we offer a limited number of tables for reservation during most of our events. Reserved tables are $100.00 unless otherwise stated.
Reserved Tables seat 10 people and include the table, chairs, and a linen. The reserved table area is roped off and we don’t allow more than the 10 guests per table in that area. You are welcome to bring you own chairs to place at your table. Just let us know when you check in that you don’t need our chairs, one of our employees will come remove them for you. You must still purchase tickets if you have table reservation. Due to the limits on entry tickets, we suggest you purchase your entry tickets when you reserve your table. If you do not, we cannot guarantee your entry.
There will be no smoking allowed in the reserved area. There will be a designated smoking area.
There are NO refunds on tickets or reserved tables. Please realize that ApCal is an outdoor venue and cannot control Mother Nature. If an event is canceled, we can move your tickets and reserved tables to any date with available space. If you have purchased tickets or reserved tables for an event, and cannot attend, you must contact ApCal 24 hours before the event by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with the name used to purchase the tickets, the event they have been purchased for, and the date of the event to which you would like to have them moved. Tickets and reserved tables may be moved to a date where the cost is the same as the one purchased, or you may pay the difference. If you contact us less than 24 hours before the event, we cannot guarantee we will be able to move your tickets or tables.

Shade umbrellas and canopies are welcome prior to any ApCal concert. However, we insist that they be taken down by 6:30pm (30 mins prior to Opening Band) Our Emcee will make a reminder announcement from the stage at this time. At 6:45pm our Security staff will ask those with umbrellas still up to put them down. Canopies are only allowed on the perimeter of the property. This Policy was implemented so that those sitting behind an umbrella or canopy can have a clear view of the stage. Thank You for your cooperation.
