Harvest Time at ApCal Th. Sept. 1st

All of our grapes at ApCal are harvested with mechanical grape harvesters and the work is done at night. In the old days, it would take 50 men, working a 10 hr day to harvest what our machines and a 4 man crew can do in ONE night! Come check out this “Modern Marvel” and sip some wine with us too! This is a great opportunity to get a first hand look at how most wine grapes in the San Joaquin Valley are picked – you’ll be AMAZED!!!
