With over 50 wines available, you’re sure to find one to your liking. From dry whites, to hearty red, to delicious sweets and everything in between, ApCal has them all. Most of our wines are produced right here in the San Joaquin Valley and include many from Madera and Fresno County! Most wines are offered from $5-$10 per glass or $20-$30 per bottle.

The start of our great experiment begins with a book, a humble 5 gallon carboy and the desire to make excellent California wine. We are chasing the American dream by making and bottling award winning wines and developing friendships along the way.
With over 40 years of experience in law enforcement, working in California’s most dangerous prisons. And making thousands of visits to wineries all over California, we decided to combine our knowledge of criminal supervision and our love of wine to start Solitary Cellars Wine Company. Our mission, and we chose to accept it, is to provide our customers with a unique and memorable wine experience. First, and foremost, is the wine. We are dedicated to the art of wine making and the use of the natural flavors, tannins, and color found in the world famous California grapes. With the winery located in Lodi, California we have access to the finest fruit from the most pristine and sustainable vineyards on the planet.
