[custom_frame_right]Deja Blues[/custom_frame_right]Deja Blues is a regional blues band based in Fresno, Ca. We have been together roughly 10 years. Even though we have had some musician changes over the years we consider them all Deja Blues players forever. The core of the original band is Jim “Gumbo” Furnas (Guitar) and Don Heflin (Bass). We currently have Rich Graham on Keyboards, Don “Squeak” Clarey on Drums and Jeff Hallock on Harmonica. We hope it stays this way from here on out. We play a wide variety of blues and aim to please everyone. The feel and groove we bring to our shows is true from our heart.

Terra Bella Pinot Grigio

Terra Bella Pinot Grigio available at ApCal

Notes

Winemaker Claudio Basei creates a truly Italian Pinot Grigio with this crisp apple and pear-filled offering from Cacciatore wines’ Terra Bella label. More fragrant then most, this wine is perfect with salad courses, appetizers (prosciutto wrapped cantaloupe), and lighter fish dishes.

Saviez Muscat Canelli

Saviez Muscat from Saviez Winery

Notes

Saviez vineyards have been in business since 1980, both here in the Central Valley and in Napa. This Muscat Canelli is grown right across the San Joaquin River from us, and is an intense syrupy dessert wine with ripe aromas of apricots, peaches, and sweet honey. Pour this Muscat over ice cream!

Twisted White Zinfandel

Twisted White Zinfandel

Notes

Grape skins are left in contact with juice for three hours resulting in alight blush color. Then a slow, cool fermentation is uset to preserve the grape’s natural fruit aromas and flavors. Abundant fresh strawberry and melon flavors are highlighted by a vibrant, sweet citrus finish.
